Rectangular Pool Site Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am a disabled Veteran, and I need professional site plans for a rectangular outdoor above-ground pool. The plans should also incorporate decking around the pool area. In addition to the pool and decking, the site plans must account for the necessary utilities. This includes a water supply line, and several electrical outlets strategically placed around the pool area.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in landscape design and pool site planning. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards for pool installations is also a plus. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your bid. I have attached copies of a design concept I like as well as pictures of front and back of home.
Request from the city regarding plans:
A more detailed Site Plan
Clearly showing the location of the pool in relation to the existing house, property lines, and any other existing structures.
Accurate measurements to comply with code.
Section Drawings
A detailed sectional view of the pool, including material, the depth, slope, and distances from the house foundation or other nearby features.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety and structural codes.
