Realistic Convenience Store Exterior Drawing

Hi, I’m looking for an artist to create a reimagining of my wife’s grandmothers store. I have some pictures of what the building looks like now so you can see the proportions. I have some pics from the 1980s so you can see some of the details. There are no good pics of the whole store in its heyday, hence this project.
I’m looking for realistic, but I’m open to different mediums; paint, pencil, color or black and white. I’ve attached a pdf of several pictures and notes. I can offer more details as well. Thanks for looking.
