Raise and shift drawings for a house.

I'm looking to hire a freelancer who can help me raise and shift (by 2 meters forward) drawings for a house I own. It is located in the suburbs and is of a medium size. Furthermore, I do have specific requirements in mind for the new location, so whoever I decide to hire should be familiar with completing this type of task.
I need a freelancer who has experience in drawing and relocating houses, and who is also able to take on suggestions and ideas in order to best complete the project. This is an important job and so I am looking for someone with the necessary skill set and who I can trust.
My aim is to move existing house forward to build another house on the land at the back of the house.
