The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast concrete planning and be able to work efficiently and accurately to meet project deadlines.

Scope of the Project:
- The projects are small-scale in nature, requiring the planning and coordination of precast concrete elements.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plans and drawings, ensuring the accurate placement and installation of precast concrete components.

Timeline:
- The timeline for completing the projects is ongoing, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.
- The candidate should be able to work efficiently and consistently to meet project deadlines, ensuring that timelines are adhered to.

Budget:
- The budget for each project will vary pending size but an hourly rate will be worked out pending skills.
- The successful candidate should be able to understand how to scope out each quote for precast concrete only

Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in precast concrete planning is essential.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant planning tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate and detailed plans.
