Quonset architectural plan

I'm looking for an architect to design a full set of architectural plan for a quonset house and its pool quonset house.
Both houses will be on a 3.11 acres lakefront land

Scope:

Quonset will be provided by either steelmasterusa or agribilt.
Deliver 2 complete plans to submit for the city permit: the main house and the pool house
The foundations will be only slab.

Requirements for the main house:
- 1 large dining room
- 1 large living room with library
- office and den upstairs
- front and back of quonsets will be unobstructed (large windows)

Requirements for the pool house
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom
- 2 small bedrooms with JJ bathroom
- 1 kitchen with Island
- 1 big garage
