Quantitiy Survey of Three Bedroom House Plan.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We require a detailed quantity survey of a single storey, three bedroom, single family home that is approx. 2300 square feet, inclusive of a detached carport.
We would like the following:
1. A detailed material schedule and estimated man hours for each stage of constructions from foundation to roof to finishes.
2. Carport material schedule and man hours must be accounted for separately.
We will supply the full working drawing in PDF format and need to get the detailed schedule in EXCEL format.
