Provide design of modern 3 storey design & full set of construction drawings

I need someone to design a modern 3 storey retail building and provide the following drawings. The general layout of the building has sketched but still needs to be finalised and updated with modern design & some changes:

Drawings Required
1. Construction plan with detailed notes and measurements. Format of drawing to be provided, showing hatching lines etc.
2. Electrical, Plumbing drawings
3. Site plan, which can incorporate civil drawings to show parking, paving and Kerb upgrades
4. All drawings to have necessary elevations, sections and details
5. Staircase details.
8. Door and window schedule.
10. Roof plan (To be a concealed lean- to roof, with roof sheets)
12. Structural drawings with the following:
a. Bending Schedules
b. Foundation
c. Foundation Layout, & Section showing Reinforcement detail of foundation.
d. Details of Columns and bases
e. Sections.
f. Column layout with center line.
g. Dimension and offsets.
h. Floor beam layout.*Plinth beam layout.
i. Floor slab layout-Legend.
i. Floor beam details.
j. General column details.
k. General beam details.
