Provide BCIN Stamped Architectural Drawing for a renovation/Garden Suite

We are looking for a designer with BCIN# that can create drawing plans to submit and pass to the Building department for a renovation on a barn/coach house. We have a permit to construct an upper level 800 sq ft Garden suite apartment with a three-bay garage below. We already have the design layout complete one floor, one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living with a deck for entry. We need plans created to submit to the Building department.
