Proposed Building Layouts on Site Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a proposed building design for a 3 lot subdivision. I would like the footprint of the building marked up on the site plan so I can assess that it will meet zoning requirements.
Note - The Plan is to construct a 3 level building with an apartment on each level. The jpg file attached shows the basic floorplan for each level.
ALL of the buildings must be -
a. Located 1.2m from the East, South and North Boundaries (the west boundary is not important).
b. The Buildings must be located as close to the South Boundary as possible EXCEPT on Site 1 where the east wall of the Building must fit within the 100 degree arc marked on the dwg file.
c. The part of the stairs/entrance shown against the boundary does not need to be set back. This will be constructed of concrete. The rest of the building must be set back 1.2m from the boundary due to fire regulations.
