Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Produce an information pack consisting of a written report (max 2500 words), technical drawings and a promotional poster drawing. The pack should contain the following items:
1. Site plan at an appropriate scale indicating existing features and proposed buildings, access roads, drainage network and pond.
2. Technical drawings for the following items:
a. Construction details for road and drainage
b. Foundation plan, typical floor plan and section for multi-storey carpark
3. Written report outlining the following items:
a. Analysis including a risk assessment for project sustainability and embodied carbon assessment for the multi-storey carpark.
b. Structural design of the multi-storey carpark including full-set of calculations and accompanying narrative.
c. Design of access road including full-set of calculations and accompanying narrative.
d. Design of surface water drainage and SUDS including pond including full-set of calculations and accompanying narrative.
4. Promotional poster to present to the client that summarises all items of the project.
The site plan and technical drawings are to be drawn in CAD, though if you cannot access CAD, hand drawings to a technical standard are acceptable.
