Project Takeoff Flooring & Wall Material Quantity
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We need material quantity takeoff for floor Levels: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10-PH (we can provide ADA Layout and Architectural Compile, too large to post here)
Floors: LVT
Bathroom Walls: Porcelain Tile
1.- flooring sq. ft. quantity for each apartment, separating the bathroom flooring from the rest of the apartment unit (see example attached A1-006 - LEVEL 06 - ALF 02 - Compare.pdf); For example unit IL:602 – 1017 Sq FT. Includes bathrooms tile which should be excluded from your LVT take off.
2.- bathroom wall sq ft quantity, specifying sq ft for each bathroom wall
3. Also, on-site the take-off had to divide the ADA units from the non-ADA units in the documents provided.
4.- we will require an excel report detailing flooring & wall sq ft quantity for each floor level and each apartment unit
