Project: Kitchen CAD Drawings (Layout + Cabinet Elevations)

Overview

I am renovating a residential kitchen and need a professional to produce accurate CAD drawings with thoughtful color and material distribution.

The layout already exists. This is not a concept design from scratch. I have a detailed floor plan and reference images that you must follow and translate into proper technical drawings.

Scope of Work

You will receive:

A detailed floor plan layout with cabinet zoning and dimensions

A style and storage reference pack showing the look, materials, and functional ideas

Your job is to produce:

1. 2D CAD Floor Plan

Accurate to provided measurements

All base units, tall units, island, banquette, appliances clearly shown

Clean layers (walls, cabinets, appliances)

2. Cabinet Elevations (2–4 views minimum)

Main cooking wall

Pantry wall

Fridge wall

Island elevation

With:

Cabinet types

Internal logic for storage

Correct heights and proportions

3. Basic Section / Detail Views

Typical cabinet heights

Worktop thickness

Toe-kick

Tall pantry internal layout

4. Color & Material Distribution (Required)

In addition to technical CAD, I also need you to:

Propose color distribution across all cabinetry
(which units are blue, which are wood, which are neutral)

Suggest material placement for:

Tall units vs base units

Island vs perimeter

Pantry and feature cabinets

Apply this consistently in:

All elevations

Any 3D view if included

This does not require sourcing real products.
Only logical, balanced visual decisions based on the provided references.

I am looking for:

A cohesive kitchen scheme

Not everything one color

Clear hierarchy between feature areas and background areas

5. Optional (Only if you offer it cheaply)

Simple 3D massing model (SketchUp or similar)
No photorealistic rendering needed.

Style Direction

The intended look is:

Cabinet colors: slate blue / dusty teal + warm taupe oak

Materials: matte wood, honed stone, brushed brass hardware

Mood: classic, calm, functional, not glossy or ultra-modern

Functional Requirements

The kitchen must include:

Large island with storage + seating

Tall pantry units with inner drawers

Hidden charging drawer

Pull-out bins for waste and recycling

Pull-outs for trays, spices, oils

Corner storage solutions

Banquette seating area

These features are visible in the reference material.

Existing Layout

I already have:

A technical supplier floor plan

Appliance zones

Island size

Banquette placement

You will use this as the base and convert it into proper CAD drawings.

Deliverables

Final output should include:

DWG or DXF files

PDF export with dimensions

Clear readable elevations

What I Am NOT Looking For

No interior decoration

No mood boards

No shopping lists

No marketing-style renders

This is:
Technical drafting with intelligent color and material layout applied.

Ideal Freelancer

Experience with kitchen or millwork drawings

Comfortable with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Fusion / similar

Can follow references exactly
