Professional Engineers Inspection Report for poor patio work -- 2

I had pavers done on my backyard. The contractor did a terrible job. The patio slope is unnecessary steep. When I ask to fix the issue they refused. I need NY Licensed engineer, who can review the pictures of my backyard and provide a report sealed with a Professional Engineers Stamp. I will share the pictures upon request
