Private Office Building Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a detailed floor plan and elevation design for a small office building. The layout will be predominantly private offices, with a total of 12+ office spaces.
Key Components of the Design:
- 12+ Private Offices: Each office should be designed to cater to a standard private office layout. Offices a minimum of 10’ X 13’. Prefer a window that opens in each office if possible.
- Additional Spaces: The building should also include a reception area, a break room, and a waiting area.
- Restrooms: The design must incorporate 2 bathrooms for clients and 1 for staff.
- Approximately 3000 sq ft. Single level.
-Exterior should be attractive with angles and broken rooflines. Shingle roof. Possibly brick exterior if affordable.
- The main purpose of these drawings is to get a solid idea of cost from the contractor.
- Just FYI, this will be a mental health office in Idaho.
- I appreciate your help!
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in designing floor plans for office buildings.
- Strong architectural and spatial planning skills.
- Ability to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
