Prescriptive small house plan

I purchased a (200'x140') .64 parcel of land at 1802 W 13th St Port Angeles WA 98363. Seeking someone to draw up a simple prescriptive site plan and build drawings for a 20x20 small efficient home with a single 2/12 sloped seamless metal shed roof on a slab foundation with 2x6 construction. 2-foot overhang on all four sides of the roof with south end starting with an 8' ceiling and continuing with 2/12 pitch. No attic space with 2x12 BCI's for roofing going from east to west. Insulation will be R-21 unfaced batts in exterior walls and R-42 in the roof (1 air gap with 3' spray foam+R-11+R-21 unfaced batts) Single ductless heating/ac head unit centered via west wall. A small water heater will be located in the bathroom via the SE corner.
