Preliminary Townhouse Rought Site Plan for Approval
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A very preliminary site plan drawing is needed for a townhouse development. The primary purpose of this drawing is to transmit it to building and zoning officials as a preliminary sketch for their review.
The drawing should have ten townhouses. I have attached the architectural drawings for a fiveplex (or five). The townhouses should face one another with a driveway separating them. The back of one set of townhouses will face Cicero Ave. The driway will be off of 149th St. The townhouses will have adequate room for small side yards and front and back yards.
I have attached a prior sketch of four townhouses just to show the streets and lot size (approx. 125 x 150 feet.).
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Expertise in creating site plans for townhouses or similar residential developments.
- Prior experience dealing with planning permission and understanding of related requirements.
