I'm looking for an engineer to re-design a project ( privet villas ) for HC and provide cost estimation as part of initial assessment for the customer. We are construction company providing this solution to make it more feasible ( money / time ) for the villa owner to use HC not regular / traditional Ready Mix concrete.
