1. Structural System Change
Convert the entire drawing set from steel structure to precast concrete
Refer to the provided structural calculation file for precast dimensions and support locations
Foundation dimensions and building footprint have changed slightly, but building height and elevations remain the same
2. Interior Planning
Reference the provided SketchUp (.skb) model to understand:
General massing and wall layout (including hollow core slabs as walls)
Staircase and mezzanine connection locations
Design interior layout including:
Restrooms and locker rooms near the mezzanine and stair area
Office and meeting rooms on the mezzanine floor
3. Utility Relocation
Relocate the water tank, generator room, and fuel tank to the rear of the building, behind the outdoor staircase
Design their locations and sizes according to U.S. standards and fire safety spacing regulations
4. MEP Design
Provide full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings
Ensure design complies with ADA, IBC, NEC, IPC, and Guam permitting standards
5. Civil Coordination
Refer to the updated _CIVIL_compiled.pdf file
Adjust layout to reflect modified site and foundation conditions
6. Permit-Ready Drawing Set
Match the sheet layout and formatting style used in the provided original permit set (PDF)
Final product must be construction- and permit-ready
