Pool House with Canopy
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I need a pool house primarily designed for storage and utility space. The pool house will need to include the following features:
- Pool equipment storage: This is the primary purpose of the pool house.
- Shelving units: For organizing and storing pool equipment.
Additional Requirements:
- An additional canopy is required.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building utility structures.
- Ability to integrate canopies into existing designs.
- Knowledge of durable materials suitable for outdoor storage spaces.
- Knowledge of Toronto (Scarborough)City bylaws
Note that a current pool house (14' x 10') is already on the property.
Would like to remove the old roof and incorporate the new roof with the roof of the canopy.
New Roof (Old Pool house + canopy) would approximately cover an area of 13.5 ft x 45 ft.
