Pool House Drawings for Building Permit -- 2

Reposting this project. I tried my hand at this, but I was unable to satisfy the building inspector.

I need drawings for a 12x14 two-story pool house to get a building permit in Hoover Alabama. The first floor will contain a small bathroom and large storage area (with 8' ceiling). The second floor will simply be an open room with a 10' ceiling and small 5x10 deck. I have drawn elevations in Sketchup for you to reference. I also have a floor plan for the first floor. There will also be a 12' long roof overhang for a future outdoor kitchen.
