Podcast studio architectural plan

I am looking for a professional to develop a set of architectural plans for a podcast studio in Houston Texas. The space available for the podcast studio is 1500 sq. ft., and I would like the plan to include soundproofing. At this point, I am open to suggestions for the layout of the studio and am looking forward to hearing all the creative ideas you might have for this project. Attached are pictures of the open space, we need 2 conjoining studios planned out.
