The job is to carry out the preliminary study (plans and elevations and materials list) of two houses in a total gross area of 1760 meters.
We want a modern look with a smooth roof without shingles.
They are of 1 ground floor T3 with a suite with dressing room and bathroom without bathtub but with shower. 2 bedrooms. 1 large living room with fireplace, with access to the outdoor pool. 1 kitchen with pantry, connecting to the living room and connecting to the outside for a dining area with barbecue. 1 bathroom with bath to support the 2 bedrooms and a guest toilet. 1 outdoor parking for 2 cars, open but with a roof to protect from the rain.
The plants must come with the list of materials proposed by you for each zone.
The two houses do not have to be the same, but they must be harmonious and architecturally compatible as they are on the same land.
The deadline is 10 days.
