Plans for renovation - mostly done already - design finished just finishing touches for planning

I have a renovation project that is mostly finished, but needs some finishing touches. The project is for the entire house, and it already has a design set in place so no need to worry about that. My goal is to have the finishing touches done within 2 weeks, so please take that into consideration. I'm looking for someone with creativity, experience, and reliability to help bring my project to the next level.
