Plans for Sunroom

I need a plan for a 12x12 lean-to style sunroom built on my existing deck. The sketches I have provided are strictly a general guideline. I need a true plan/design that works and can be constructed. I will need elevations, floorplan, detailed cross section and everything needed to apply for building permits and to build the project. The detailed cross section provided is strictly an example of what I need. I need these to be construction plans that show how it is going to be built with all specifications needed for the building department to approve. Thank you!
