Plans for Garage workshop

I need a full set of plans to build a garage/workshop 30x50 fee with 12 feet walls to be build in Murrieta CA. Roof should be ceramic tile to match existing house and outside siding should be stucko. Plans should be ready for presentation to pull building permits including structure, foundation and electrical
Once we agreed on payment terms full payment to be released once the blueprints are accepted as complete by town of Riverside CA
