Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled UK-based architect or planning specialist to assist with addressing and fulfilling specific planning conditions required for a mosque and community center development in London. The successful applicant will ensure that all stipulations from the local planning authority are met in preparation for construction.

Responsibilities:

Material and Design Submissions:

Prepare and submit detailed samples and particulars of all external facing materials, including cladding, fenestration, entrances, shopfronts, roofing, balconies, and external rainwater goods as per planning conditions.
Ensure all submissions include detailed drawings at specified scales and demonstrate compliance with local design and material quality standards.
Cycle Storage:

Detail and ensure the provision of specified cycle storage facilities, coordinating the installation and availability in line with planning requirements.
Highway Improvement Works:

Develop and submit a scheme for necessary highway improvement works, including detailed plans and a Section 278 legal agreement.
Environmental Management:

Compile and submit a Construction Environmental Management & Logistics Plan, addressing all specified conditions to minimize environmental, road network, and amenity impacts during construction.
Noise and Emission Controls:

Address specific conditions regarding noise and emissions for mechanical plant and construction equipment, ensuring compliance with local environmental regulations.
Additional Plans and Reports:

Prepare various required plans and reports including a Travel Plan, Deliveries and Servicing Plan, and a Noise Management Plan, each tailored to meet the stipulated planning conditions.
Requirements:

Proven experience with London-based projects and familiarity with local planning conditions and requirements.
Ability to produce detailed plans and reports that comply with specified standards.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with local planning authorities and stakeholders.
Relevant architectural or planning qualifications in the UK.
Submission Guidelines:
