Planning-Ready Extension Drawings
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need full architectural drawings to secure planning approval for two linked projects on my home: a new first-floor extension that will sit on the existing flat roof, and a double-storey extension at the rear. The overall look must stay true to a traditional style so the new work blends seamlessly with the original house.
I already have the current floor plans in PDF and DWG formats and will share them immediately. From you I’m expecting all planning-level documents—proposed floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, and a location/site plan—delivered as both editable CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) files and print-ready PDFs. Please allow for the usual round of tweaks needed by the planning officer; quick turnaround on revisions is important.
If you’ve prepared traditional-style UK extensions before and can demonstrate successful planning approvals, I’d love to see examples.
