Plan stamp approval for certificate of occupancy in Ohio

I am looking for a licensed architect to stamp my plans for the building department official.
They need to know code in Ohio because I have a couple of things I need to word to get around and the building official is t helping me. He said a knowledgeable architect would help get around code.
