Plan, and get building permit for summer home in athens
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I am looking for someone to plan and get a building permit for a summer home in Athens. The summer home will be composed of six units, each of them 100m2 for a total size of 600m2. I have a specific location in mind where the summer home should be built. I need this project to be finished within 6 months.
The successful Freelancer will have experience dealing with building plans, permits, and construction projects. He or she must also have a good understanding of local Athens regulations and procedures. The Freelancer must be a strong communicator and be willing to keep me updated on the progress of the summer home.
