Plan Drawings

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create architectural plans for a Council Application.

This is a basic Drawing for a Shed of 3x3m dimension but I also wish to fence the entire lot. So the plan needs to be exact dimensions.

the Fence is to be 4ft high. Aluminuim frame.

The Council's only requirements is to include:
- The location, shape and size of the site;
- The location of any existing buildings, including fences, and trees.
- The location, height and design of the proposed building or works including details of proposed
materials.
- An elevation of the proposed building



Requirements:
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Experience in creating detailed and accurate architectural plans


Skills and Experience:
- background in architectural design
- Attention to detail and ability to create precise measurements
- Strong communication skills to ensure my design vision is accurately interpreted
