Personal Reference Two-Story Cabin Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an experienced architect or Draftsman to help me turn my conceptual two-story cabin plan into reality. This is for my personal reference, so while there's no immediate requirement for construction or permit approval, I need high-quality plans that could potentially be used for those purposes in the future.
What you'll handle:
- Creating comprehensive engineered cabin plans using wood as the main construction material
- Ensuring all requirements and specifications of a two-story wooden cabin are met, following current building standards and regulations
- Providing detailed floor plans, as well as potential elevations, sections, and details
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Architectural Design and Planning
- Knowledge of Wood Construction and its particularities
- Proficiency in CAD software or any other relevant architectural drawing software
- Previous experience in cabin or Residential Architecture will be a plus.
Please note, your design needs to be visually appealing, as well as structurally sound. This is more than just an interesting project for me, it is a future home, and I want it to be perfect.
