Permit-Ready Drawings and Structural calculations for Aluminum Outdoor Structures

I am specializing in premium aluminum pergolas and modular outdoor enclosures. I am currently seeking an experienced architect or structural engineer who can produce permit-ready drawings for residential outdoor structures using modern aluminum systems SkyFree.
Prepare architectural and/or structural plans for residential permit submittals.

Systems include:

Extruded aluminum frame structures (EN AW 6060-T6, DIN 6060/6061)

QUALICOAT powder-coated surfaces

Integrated drainage systems (0.98 L/s per post)

Motorized retractable panels (Somfy motors, Elatech drive belts)

High-performance multi-gasket sealing

LED lighting integration (IP65–IP67)

Ensure compliance with IRC/ICC residential codes (USA, especially Washington State)

Must understand wind/snow load analysis, and be able to prepare structural justification or calcs when needed

Deliverables may include:

Floor plans

Elevations

Footing/foundation details

Structural framing

Site plan integration

Permit notes and specs
Familiar with U.S. permitting standards (ICC/IRC)

Strong portfolio of outdoor aluminum/glass structure design

Experience with permit sets for pergolas, sunrooms, or outdoor enclosures
