Paver patio extension with pergola. Approx 250 sqft

I plan to add a paver patio extension onto the back of my home and install a pergola connected to the home to cover it. I intend to build it myself but need guidance on building codes and a drawing to submit for permit approval. Must be a FL registered architect or engineer
