Paul's Retirement Palace in Basehor Kansas
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
A retirement home in Kansas. Slab foundation, about 1600 sq ft. 1 story. I have a floor plan that is a starting point. I'd prefer a modern exterior. No ducts, radiant heat throughout, including ice melting in garage and exterior concrete. Mini-split AC throughout with 5-6 thru-wall ERVs. I think I need a Kansas licensed architect. My goals are: Simple, green, low maintenance, and appropriate for an older person.
