Patterson office

I bought a commercial unit in a building. the work inside was done without a permit ( including mezzinine) I talked to the building dept at the city and they need drawings (stamped) to get the permit. the mezzinine is built quite well but i need plans drawn up so i can submit to the city. I would think a site inspection will need to be done , by you and then write it up so I would prefer someone in the Barrie area. I would like to build office under the mezzinine and use the upstairs for storage if possible.
basic commercial building . concrete block walls steel decking roof . not moving any plumbing.
