Patio Door Installation Viability Report

I need a detailed report on the viability of installing a 10-foot aluminum patio door in the attached picture. Door would be on exterior wall of a walk out basement. Bifold door would start two feet to the right of existing door and existing window would be removed. Inside and outdoor pictures provided. Door would be 10 ft wide and 80 inches tall. The report should cover:

- Structural integrity: Assess if the existing structure can support the installation.
- Cost analysis: Provide a breakdown of all associated costs.

This report is needed ASAP. Ideal candidates should have experience in construction or home renovation.
