Patio to Dining Conversion - Structural engineer needed

I need a skilled structural engineer to convert an exterior patio into an interior dining area. This project will involve providing support through the Town of Jupiter permit process. Official drawings to include the below: I can provide the measurements, survey, and most of the necessary information.

1. Exterior Elevations
2. Electrical drawings, load calculations (existing & proposed) & Panel size
3. Mechanical plans & specifications, if applicable

Key requirements:
- Enclose existing patio to create interior dining space
- Must include heating/cooling and lighting fixtures

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in patio enclosure construction
- Knowledge of HVAC and lighting installation
- Ability to design functional and aesthetic dining spaces
