Parking lot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for a civil engineer to provide the design for a small parking lot of about 3,800 square feet currently located behind a small commercial building in Los Angeles County. This parking lot is made of asphalt and has deteriorated over the years. It is flat and rectangular in shape. Cars enter from the alley on the west side of the parking lot, which runs from west to east behind the commercial building, while the entrance to the commercial building faces east.
The new parking lot's design should have the following elements:
1. made out of asphalt again,
2. a garbage enclosure to be situated on the north west corner of the parking lot.
3. storm water capture
4. new landscaped planters,
5. installing parking stall striping.
