Parking entrance

I would like to re design an existing parking entrance of a villa due to re construction villa that the gate has been shifted and there some obstacles like light pole sewer manhole infront of the main gate .
The current design PDF is the existing situation now . And the pole light and sewer manhole shows in the picture attached but the main gate has been shifted.
