Palm Beach Australia - landscape front / rear yard

I am looking for design / landscape ideas for a house on the gold coast. Front yard, street yard and rear yard including undercover entertainment area. Looking to upgrade the look of the house to a more modern feel. We may change the flat roof to a pitched roof as well, change carport and entrance area.

Front of house -
New driveway / garden beds
Improved carport or entrance gate
Stone tiles to be added to garage wall and new paint for house (poss white colour for brickwork and monument colours open to suggestions)
Improve concrete areas

Rear house.
Outdoor living space to be extended. Will include outdoor undercover bbq area (next to kitchen) then outdoor lounge space. see plan
New timber columns, new rear fence (glass), possible timber / tiled deck around the house
Garden beds / possible fire pit area to be added
Improved rear 'sunset drinks deck' area
Undercover BBQ and entertainment space
