PDF drawings of two floors to Revit file.

I'm looking for someone to convert two PDF drawings of two floors (exterior shell & interior walls) in a building into a Revit file. Unfortunately, I don't know what the format of the PDFs is (vector or raster) so the freelancer will need to determine that before moving forward. I need the Revit file to be in 2D, and I need certain architectural details (stairs, columns, etc.) to be added as well. The current PDF drawings are in 1" = 30' scale. If you have experience with this type of project, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
