Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Master plan layout for small retirement village with a population of less than 500
House sizes as follows, each with additional surrounding area (garden, driveway) of 20% additional
40 sqm - 40 houses
80 sqm - 40 houses
120 sqm -35 houses
160 sqm -35 houses
Village must also contain central communal spaces of:
Retail Units: 6 x 30sqm
Central Dining Hub: 200 sqm
Arts Centre: Indoor 200 sqm, Outdoor 150 sqm
Wellness Centre: 200 sqm
- Looking for an architect or urban planner to create an outline master plan for the village.
- The plan should include the necessary infrastructure and amenities to support the community's needs.
- The focus of the plan should be on recreational and commercial facilities to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- The plan should also include well-designed access and roads to ensure smooth transportation within the village.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in urban design and be familiar with creating sustainable and functional communities.
The output we are looking for is a simple overview of how a village like this may be laid out. This is not supposed to be technical, rather a vision of how it could/ should be planned. The purpose of the output is to show to potential partners how space could be utilised. WE have no restricitions on total space utilisation for this model.
I will need to see samples of previous work like this before awarding the project.
