Organizational Seating Chart

I am leading an organizational renovation. I have a PDF of our renovated spaces that needs to edited to include a legend of the sub offices and color coding of the offices that are assigned to the sub offices. Document A should be color coded like Document B and usable to enlarge into posters, etc.
