Open Concept Residential Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a talented floor plan designer to create a residential, open concept floor plan with Indoor /outdoor flow adding glass sliding doors. the front facade/windows cannot be moved. Side windows can be moved. Back can be opened up.
The design should accommodate 2 bedrooms. Large wardrobes in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms To fit Double beds. We are next to railway line so main bedroom either at rear or bed not at front of room.
Bathroom to be moved as the current layout the bathroom is blocking views and access to patio. Separate toilet. No bath, Shower with skylight window and double vanity (if possible).
Kitchen to remain in same place. To incorporate a cupboard with washing machine, sink and small utility for vaccum. Would love kitchen island (no stovetop on island). Only 2 people so no large pantry required! I have a 700 x 1200 table that must be incorporated in overall plan.
If you can find space for small linen cupboard that would be great, however 2nd bedroom wardrobe space can be used.
Lastly the bedrooms and toilet/bathroom to be accessed by small hallways or whatever, just not directly off living/kitchen areas.

- Excellent communication skills for understanding and integrating feedback
