Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of an Ohio-licensed architect to develop plans for converting a 2200 square foot retail space into a beauty salon. The remodel will incorporate 7 new rooms and 5 new plumbing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create sufficient architectural drawings for county building department approval
- Utilize provided to-scale drawings and videos as a basis for the project
- Ensure all plans prioritize safety and compliance in line with county regulations
Expectations:
- Deliver drafts within 3-4 days of receiving the necessary materials
- Plans may be more detailed than a basic layout with measurements, but not overly complex
- No interior design elements are required, solely architectural structure
Ideal Skills and Experience:
