Office Space Design From Residential Layout
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I require the expertise of a skilled interior designer or architect to convert floor plans of a two-story 200 square meter apartment into a practical, professional and formal office space.
The office should comfortably accommodate 20 people overall:
on the first floor which is 200 square meters
• An open-plan workspace that you can add office separation panels
• 1 reception area for 4 staff members
• A private 20 square meter office
• A small kitchenette and 3 bathrooms
on the last floor a meeting room on the second floor 32 square meters
Ideal candidates should have a thorough understanding of spatial design, ergonomics, and modern office trends. Additionally, experience in designing formal and professional grade office spaces would be beneficial.
