Office Layout Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am in need of an office layout design for a space of approximately 4000 sq. ft. The primary function of the office space is administrative/executive. I am looking for a modern/minimalistic design style for the layout. The ideal candidate should have experience in office space design and be proficient in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for large spaces. Skills in 3D modeling and rendering would also be a plus. The project will require the following:
- A detailed floor plan
- Furniture layout and selection
- Lighting plan
This is just a Layout Project Not Designing Project
Other Details As under
Current Position is - Its a Industrial building - 3 Floor. Building Structure is ready - ground Floor Height of the building is 7 Mtr
For office we want to keep double height in reception and 2 directors office. ( Bathroom brick work of directors and visitors is already completed )
Rest area you can think it as a Hall of Size 8 Mtr * 30 Mtr ( double height 7 mtr ) In this area there is a building staircase also
we don't want to keep complete office height 7 Mtr - In about 30 to 40 % area we want to make a mezzanine floor for Staff
we will require just layout Drawings considering AC fitment ( May be VRV ) in mind
we are giving big windows in Front of the office as there is a area of (approx. 9 mtr * 40 Mtr ) which will be for land scaping - which will be seeable from the office )
Exterior window Placement and Main Door Placement to the office can also be planned according to the office layout.
