I am seeking an experienced draftsman to prepare plans suitable for Council Approval to extend the office are the side an existing warehouse.

- Preferred Layout: extend first floor office slab using steel lightweight framing to create an additional room with 2 windows and a door and ceiling.
- Ideal Skills: Expertise and experience in preparing plans suitable for council approval for an industrial warehouse.
- Deliverable: A set of architectural plans and certificates required by certifying Authority.
