Office Building Floor Plan Creation

I need someone with expertise in creating basic floor plans. The sole purpose of this project is to document our existing office building layout for the local county. This is needed as part of the process to change our Certificate of Occupancy. The floor plan does not require detail beyond the basic layout—no furniture or fixtures are needed. Skilled draftsmen or architects familiar with local building regulations would be ideally suited for this task. Please note this digital floor plan is intended solely for the county's use.
