Office-to-Apartment Architectural Redesign
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need an architect to revise the existing blueprints of an office building into plans for a conversion into a traditional layout apartment complex.
The details of the project are as follows:
- The building is to be converted into apartments, specifically designed as a 6-10 unit complex. Second and third floor only.
- I prefer a traditional layout style for the apartments. We are shooting for a light touch approach. We have initial basics on paper already.
Please provide examples of your previous work with residential architecture, particularly office conversions, if available. Your understanding of traditional layouts and ability to create functional, appealing designs will be key for this project.
